Maintain strength, balance, and mobility through structured mat-based sessions that reinforce core Pilates principles. These classes integrate fascial flow elements to support fluid movement, body awareness, and holistic well-being — perfect for sustaining progress and staying connected to your practice.

Designed for clients under 25, this maintenance offering supports ongoing strength, alignment, and mobility through energising Mat or Reformer sessions. With a focus on core principles and fascial flow, it promotes body awareness and resilience — ideal for staying active, balanced, and connected to your wellness goals.
These are the level names you’ll see when you book. Reformer and Mat run as a progression from Fundamental to Advanced, alongside all-levels classes and a dedicated Senior Wellness stream. Not sure where you fit? Your instructor will place you — and you move up when you’re ready, not when the calendar says so.
For anyone starting from scratch. Slow-paced, with in-depth focus on breathing, the five basic principles of Pilates, postural correction and learning healthy movement patterns.
Still slow-paced, building on the foundations. Mobilises the spine through every plane of movement, opens the shoulders and hips, and begins strengthening the core and periphery with work that challenges balance and coordination.
A moderate pace and more complex sequences, asking for greater coordination, strength, balance, stability and endurance. Recommended for members who are moving without pain.
The full repertoire, at pace. Currently offered at Hermanus, and as a combined Intermediate / Advanced class — ask your instructor when you’re ready for it.
Our named classes — Reformer or Mat with a particular instructor, and all our Yoga — are inclusive and adaptive. Sequences blend core work, mobility and balance with scalable progressions, so beginners and experienced movers train side by side, each at their own depth.
Designed for older adults, with two ways in. Senior Wellness Fundamental is chair-based with no floor work; Senior Wellness Essential is mat-based for those comfortable getting to and from the floor. Both focus on breathing, posture, balance and safe strengthening.
Levels are a guide, not a gate. If you’re managing an injury or working towards a specific goal, start with a Rehabilitation Programme or an Individual session — we’ll move you into the right class from there.
